Mindful Movements with Mom
Thursdays - 2:30p
Join us at The Play Haven Studio for our Mindful Movements with Mom. Starting May 1st and then every Thursday at 2:30 PM creating a special bonding experience! “Mindful Movements with Mom” offers a gentle, playful way for you and your child to move, breathe, and connect together. This calming session blends simple stretches, breathwork, and relaxation techniques — perfect for all ages and experience levels. Come as you are and enjoy quality time, laughter, and mindfulness!

Mamas, it’s your turn to relax!
While the kids play at The Play Haven Studio, you can enjoy a well-deserved mini-massage from Heatherlynn Gruber, BS, PTA, LMT, CDT/CLT — because you deserve a break, too! Quick, rejuvenating sessions available. Take a few moments for yourself while your little ones stay happily entertained. It’s self-care made easy!
